ok, on my birthday, one of my friends gave me a pink t- shirt with words on it , i'm not sure what does it called but the word say " I've seen that you've alreaady met the twins ", what does the pphrase mean ?

well i can assume that the words are on the boobs area, and if you can read the words then you must be looking at the boobs thus "i see you've already met the twins"

they shirt is talking about your boobs...that is going to be the first thing a looks at is your shirt with the writing on it and it is just saying that you have met my twins(boobs) before you have even tried to get to know who i was...
