It the same as, "It's my way or the highway". It's thanking you are always right, no matter what. It's refusing to listen to, or even consider another person's point of view or opinion. Admitting your wrong is out of the question. It's a total lack of maturity.

I don't know how people get this way, so I have no idea how one would go about conquering it.
