some human beings have short classes, some human beings have "common" length classes and a few human beings have long classes. It truly relies upon on each and every guy or woman's physique. i've got had classes as long as yours or maybe longer. actually, the longest era I had lasted an entire month. some human beings (which includes myself) have overactive ovaries, and that i administration by taking beginning administration which provides me the consistency i've got been loss of existence to have for years. additionally, some people who bleed each and every of the time have endometriosis. while you're having decrease belly pains continuously and it quite is truly not the 1st time you have had a protracted era, then evaluate going to the well being care expert. don't be too alarmed. each and every so often classes final longer than customary, or they pass a month or they are super short, and so forth.

You need to talk to her. Tell her that it is normal. Tell her that she will bleed through her pants one day and that she will be so embraced. It will be a hard way, but something that is needed. I hid my period for 1 day, but now I use pads and tampons. Maybe she is embraced about it. have a friend talk to her. They can talk some scenes into her. Someone will notice it when her underwear starts smelling like blood.

It sounds to me like your sister is very modest. I know that it took me a long time to feel comfortable about having my period. I don't think there is anything that you personally can do for her. This is something that she is going to have to work thru herself. I think the more pressure she receives the more likely she is to retreat about it. I would let her be and she will come around. If she doesn't...then that is her issue.

I don't know why she is hiding it but maybe that is her way of dealing with it, it sounds like you and your mom have already said and done all you can do, just leave her be and if she needs anything, I'm sure she would come to you guys. Good Luck

At 17 years old, there is definitely something WRONG with her not using ANYTHING while she is having her period! She needs to be seen by a counselor.

I think she's just embarassed about it. I would just let her do her thing, her way. And if you and your mom keep doing it your way, in a relaxed way.. talking, joking about it.. Maybe she'll calm down and relax about it too.

she is shy about it...she is finding it difficult, some girls do't like to talk about it, it's bad enough getting them, let alone talk about them, it's probably all new to her....is it? she needs time to adjust to the fact that she is now a young woman.....bless her
