Material wealth does not bring happiness! Wanting what you do not have is common because you see people with stuff and percieve them as happy but all you see is on the outside. It is better to have a good heart, few posessions and be happy than to have a cold heart, many things and be miserable. Material things rot and can be stolen by a pure heart and faith in God Almighty can bring you a greater wealth and more happiness than you can ever know on earth.
I once heard someone talking on this subject and he used this quote:
"I used to complain that I had no shoes until I met a man with no feet."

I have been jealous only once in my life and I think that is a terrible feeling. Sorry for you.
Well, material posessions do not make people happy, that is certain (also proven by research).
So, I suppose you need to convince yourself of that. And also, you need to investigate why you have these feelings. Most probably an issue around self-worth. I do not know, that is not my field. Maybe you want to see a councellor for a few sessions.
