i have a neighbor that insists that halloween is stupid and a fake and i want to scare him out of his wits. he is afraid of:
the momen(some guy who wacks peple over the head with shelves)
spiders
bees
i was thinking of giving him a litte anonymous spooky letter that some thing awful was going to happen to him in _____ days. then placing a tape recorder in his room saying spooky things that many days later. any other good, cheep ideas?

keep in mind that we are friends, he is not going to charge me with breaking and entering because i will not brak and enter.
HE KNOWS I'M TRYING TO SCARE HIM i grew up with him i wont get in trouble

get a water baloon and fill it up with red paint and ad a little water, shake it and chuck it at their window,then scream and leave a big wood shelf next to their house! it will look awsome! thy will think the paint is blood

Put a shelf in front of his door and ring the doorbell. then there should be a tape recorder in the shelf that says "I'm coming" Then walk up over to him with a shelf above your head

you can get some fake spiders and put them in the shower and ask him to watch the movie silent hill in the dark and make popcorn and stick a few fake spiders in the bowl and

find a way to put plastic spiders ALL OVER HIS HOUSE
and cut his power out and put torches behind the spiders so the shadow will be all over a particular room
OR
invite him over to yours and do this in your own house then you won't have to be charged for breaking and entering

Sadly, you enter his house and he can have you arrested. Plus, messing with him will just cause bad neighbor feelings. If I was you, I would have a party and invite him over.

well i think you should get revenge and get some fake spiders and bees etc. and if you go over his/her house say "am going to the bathroom upstairs" and put the bugs by his/her pillow i hope it works!!

oh gosh dont send him aletter you would get in trouble...wait for halloween night dress up really crepy and wait for him to walk out of his house and scare the hell out of him...just dont give the old fart a heart attack
