no!!!
mature sperm cells are not capable of division.
the process of cell division, called meiosis, occurred prior to the maturation of the sperm. it is actually a reduction of the number of chromosomes so that each daughter cell receives 1/2 the number of chromosomes as the starting cell. but once meiosis is finished and the spermatid is formed, no further cell division occurs subsequent to that.

the sperm only carries 1/2 the dna of a normal cell, it does not replicate by itself.
it's entire function is to merge with an ovum to make a complete cell and start replicating.
