The "new Browns" will be better because they have young talent like Braylon Edwards and Kellen Winslow Jr. and have a good coach in Romeo Crennel, who coached alongside and learned from other great coaches like Bill Parcells, Bill Bellicheck, and Charlie Weis. They just need to get themselves a franchise QB (Brady Quinn?) in next year's draft to help them.

Cleveland Browns. Why? Two words ROMEO CRENNEL. The Texans will never succeed with a crappy O-Line. Even though the Texans have Mario Williams, the Browns have a young and healthy Kellen Winslow and Braylon Edwards. In 5 years I think they will be the best Tight end Wide Receiver combo in the League.

Cleveland is a new team since the original browns team left to go to Baltimore, while the city kept ownership of the name and records. Unless you consider the Ravens an expansion team. The Browns will be the better team in 5 years.

I'll say the Texans because it's the only new team you have listed. The Browns are probably older than you are.
