I probably would. Can't answer for certain, as the fear might take hold if it was real, but I'm pretty sure I would.

Hmm...tough one. Pain not a factor really, but a working pair of pinkies are much underestimated and highly useful in a number of circumstances, man. It's useful for getting a proper grip of cylindrical things...ahem...y'know, tennis racket handles and so on. Also useful when typing if you can't be buggered to shift your hands, you can stretch out the pinky to reach awkward keys...and, thinking about it, you'd lose the opportunity to ever have a really satisfying nose-pick ever again, wouldn'tcha?
So between its usefulness in maintaining a firm grip, its usefulness in pressing all the right buttons and its usefulness as an insertable digit, I'm not sure I could afford to lose either of my pinkies, even for a million quid.

For £1m I might cut my left pinky finger off... I was just about to say I'm not using it but I just realised that it controls the shift button on my keyboard... Maybe not then. Actually go on then, I'd just get it put back on anyway. Yeah I'd do it.
