French knickers do come across as almost 'refined', they are very nice, and are sexy without exposing 99% of everything. They also arent necessarily overly suggestive. G-strings are nice, but it depends on who is wearing them, they can be associated with slutty people or girls who want boys really badly, but if you know the girl/woman isn't like that they are fine, but don't leave much to the imagination and are definetly suggestive.
MY favourite would be french knickers.

French knickers sounds just as posh as it seems. Mind you, I'm yet to witness it on someone, as yet (with exception to having seen it in the media alone).
G-strings are for someone having a personality of Vicky Pollard.

I'm a lady, and I like wearing french knickers. I also find them very sexy on other girls, but thongs do have rather a charm about them.

definitely French knickers, unless the lady has an amazing a*** then a nice thong, but both are very sexy, matching underwear is a must though.

I like thongs, french knickers and going commando. Bit difficult to match up the bra/panties combo as my upper area is huge but once the man in question gets a load of 'em the bra and panties never stays on for long anyway. lol
