Get a bottle of nontoxic liquid bandage and apply it to the area if it starts to bleed again. This stuff is good to have on hand in the future. If the rabbit picks or bites at it, wrap it tightly with cloth so he/she can't get at it and make it worse, and leave it on for a day. If a rabbit bleeds from a broken nail (or having its nail cut too short), that can be very dangerous depending on what kind of rabbit you have. Rabbits with black nails can bleed to death through the nail.

Pet shops sell a yellow powder called "Quick Stop" for when a dogs nail is trimmed too short and the nail bleeds. Put some powder on to stop the bleeding and bunny should be just fine after that.

my family has had rabbits and chickens for forever. all you need to do is make sure it's clean and put some baking soda on it, it will stop the bleeding and then it will scab over and heal on its own. my rabbits have this happen every once and a while it just mean they caught their toe on something, it's no big deal, you have no need to worry, everything is just fine, the nail will grow back on it's own.

Nail area bleeding can lead to complications later. Visit a vet ASAP and get it taken care of - they can clean it and set it they way it needs to be set so your pet can hop around playfully again in the future. Do not delay! Off to the vet today!

Put some baking powder on the nail. It will cause the blood to clot and stop the bleeding.

A rabbit and a hare are very diverse animals, even as both being rodents. If it restores existence to hair, it isn't going to fix existence to rabbits as well. If it did, it might want to assert so on the tin. also if it develop into any good it might want to a minimum of spell hare remarkable. Hair grows on your head, hare is an animal with an identical visual charm to a rabbit. in simple terms my way of telling you that's no longer an exceedingly humorous comic tale.

Definitely keep styptic powder on hand. Make sure your bunny's nails don't get too long. They should be trimmed regularly so they wont injure themselves. Either you can trim them on your own and keep styptic powder handy in case you cut into the quick, or you can take to a vet or groomers and pay each time to have them trimmed.
