place to find a job and raise two girls. All I have is an Associate degree in General Education. I want to move out of Oklahoma to a more suitable place to raise them, and for me, a better job.

Your problem is that your in Oklahoma!!! You need to move to the best freakin state ever- TEXAS! Once you do that, all your problems should resolve and life will be easier.That's just my opinion. :) Lizzie Ann is right, stay away from Mexico area. not good

just found this question so i am probably way down on your list of answer's. Iowa is great! good place to raise kids , high interest in education for your girls. and jobs are better here than most. I am quite happy here in the state after me an my hubby got here yrs ago. higher paying jobs and we own our own home now , pd. in full.

Do you know why texas does not float off into the gulf of mexico? It is because oklahoma sucks!!

seriously, you need to come to texas. any city in this state is worth coming to. (unless you go towards mexico) best wishes to you and you girls.

Virginia Beach, VA was named one of the best places to have a family. Its a really nice place.
