PLEASE HELP ME! I can only do a half split witch looks like a real split but my legs are bent and not looking like a straight line. I need to know! And by the way, I cant do back hand-springs!!!!! Best Advice gets 10 points!

SPLITS: SEVERAL TIMES A DAY, YOU NEED TO STRETCH YOUR LEGS REALLY GOOD. START BY SITTING ON THE FLOOR WITH YOUR LEGS APART, BEND OVER AS FAR AS YOU CAN (TRYING TO TOUCH YOUR CHEST AND STOMACH TO THE FLOOR INSTEAD OF YOUR HEAD) WITH OUT BENDING YOUR KNEES. THEN STRETCH TO THE SIDE, LAYING YOUR ENTIRE TORSO ON YOUR LEG THEN SWITCH SIDES...THEN KEEPING YOUR LEGS STRAIGHT GO AS FAR DOWN INTO A SPLIT AS YOU CAN....IT IS VERY INPORTANT THAT YOU KEEP YOUR LEGS STRAIGHT, EVEN IF YOU DON'T TOUCH THE FLOOR

BACK HAND-SPRINGS: YOU WILL MORE THAN LIKELY NEED SOME ONE TO SPOT YOU, OR START OUT ON A TRAMPOLINE...SO YOU DON'T GET HURT!...FIRST YOU START OUT WITH YOUR FEET TOGETHER, THEN REALLY QUICKLY AND SMOOTHLY, YOU NEED TO BEND YOUR KNEES (WHEN DOING THIS, YOUR BUTT SHOULD BE PARALLEL TO THE GROUND) THEN POP UP AND BACKWARDS AT THE SAME TIME, SWING YOUR ARMS BACK (MAKE SURE YOUR LEGS ARE STRAIGHT) AS SOON AS YOUR HANDS TOUCH THE FLOOR, PULL YOUR LEGS OVER AND REBOUND!

to do the splits u just gotta keep practising more and more and trying to straighten your legs for longer periods daily - so just like split it a teeeny bit wider than usual and even if it hurts keep it like that and count to like 20 - then 30 the next day and so on and after a little while you'll be able to do it straight :) i dont know what back hand springs are

for splits u need to get your streches up..u can go online on like cheerleading sites to learn good stretches..back hand springs its good to take a class or sumthin to assure you not hurting yourself..if u don't want to u can download a video or sumthin and make sure u always have a friend with u when practicing
