One of my neighbors happens to be our tenant. Her husband lives in another city, and now her lease has expired. We need the property now, since the children have grown, but this lady refuses to vacate, refuses to sign another agreement and refuses to pay the rent too.
Now if that isn't freaky then what is? And she has a huge baritone voice which you can hear like miles away, she's always complaining to her husband on the phone, suspecting him of consorting with other females.

She mostly never bothers about her one year and a half old son, who invariably ends up at my home, treating us like grandparents or something, and then we have to sometimes feed the boy, look after him and take care of him while this crazy female is busy gossiping or watching television at her own home.
But then I still say -

Only because I didn't know they had 3 kids instead of two. When they moved in (through the wall...I live in a duplex) I knew their was a girl around 10 and an infant. I only realized this summer that they also now have a boy around 1. They were there a whole year and a half and I didn't know they had another baby in that time.
