Coke is about the worst, it can be used to release nuts and bolts that are stuck. Sprite with sugar is not ood. If the fruit juice is acidic it can affect teeth. Gatorade with its neutral salts should be the best.

Try an experiment of putting a chicken bone in vinegar, it gets rubbery as the calcium is dissolved.

When I was in grade school we did a test with different sodas. We put a tooth in Coke, one in Sprite and one in orange soda. The tooth in Coke decayed the quickest. Since Gatorade and fruit juice have less sugar than Coke, I would assume that they would not promote tooth decay as quickly. So my answer is Coke.

The colas are for certain whether or not it's without or with sugar I is the carbonation that's the worst side for you, now not simply your tooth however the relaxation too. It will take the tooth off your tooth and does a role in your insides too. Best to do the fruit juice as an alternative than the carbonated stuff. Just now not the sunny pleasure because it provides plenty of sugar.
