Be sure to eat breakfast every day. Your body needs something to get it started "burning". Eat lots of fruit and veggies, poultry and fish. You must exercize some each day. Walking is easiest for me. When walking, start out slowly to warm up. Then walk 5 minutes at a good pace, speed it up 5 minutes, then slow back down. Switch back and forth. This may sound kind of silly but I lost a lot of weight walking like this. To maintain, keep on walking....it's good for you anyway. Good luck to you.
