I guess you can do it on any street as long as you dont get caught...Typically you can go to a drag strip where you can race all day long

Go to the STRIP and race there. At least there, everyone knows what to expect from everyone else. You're ALL racing. When you come out to a public street and race, you and your competitor know what to expect of each other, but WE DON'T. We aren't expecting someone traveling at 80+ mph on a roadbed regulated at 35 mph, and can get in the way, and that will cause a violation of one of the principle laws of physics - - - no two objects can occupy the same space at the same time.
Exercise some wisdom, discipline, and good citizenship, and keep the racing off the public roadways.
Good Luck

roads that aren't state roads, race speedways, and drag ways...
but you do know that a young lady was killed b/c of a maniac street racing and hit the back of her SUV.
there have been quite a few ppl killed b/c of the carelessnes of street racers. I really hope you don't turn out to be like that!!!
and don't try to show off and wreck!!
at least go to a road that has very low/no occupancy but be careful not stupid
