How to establish a business specialized in resume services?

I would think about maybe expanding your business plan from just resumes.

Most people who need resumes done are either new graduates or the unemployed, neither group of which has much money to spend on such services, and now with the internet, there is a wealth of free resources they can research.

However, if you want to try, it's easy enough to make yourself a website, and see if anyone comes knocking ...

If you wish to make this into a full time career, then I suggest that you fill out the proper paper work with your state, city and or county to become licensed. Once you get the proper business licenses, start advertising in the local paper, yellow pages, radio if you have enough starter funds. Start with special prices or coupons, people can't pass up a deal. Then word of mouth after that...is your best form of advertisement.
