Why is there no Tools option on Yahoo memu?

Thre is no "Tools" option. Why not?

Yes it is ... One is Toolbar Options, and another one Personal Options. On Yahoo toolbar on the left hand side find an icon looking like a pencil ... there is an arrow next to it ... click on this arrow to get dropdown menu ... First two lines on the top are the Options ...

have you downloaded the latest yahoo toolbar....but these computers is getting to be more costly than i think it is worth....
