What is the best database option for a small biz using MS Access needing to expand soon?

MSDE (microsoft data engine) it is a free version of MSSql. you can download tools to import Access tables.
There are limits on database size, memory size and such (since it is free)
If your business outgrows that, you can upgrade to a full version of MSSql for almost zero effort.

They are equally well, you most likely can't just find "Import From Access" anywhere.
