Does anyone know (In Florida) where I can find good material for Sasuke's black suit? (Hopefully, water proof and fireproof)

Go to old navy and buy a black T-shirt. The fan can be drawn on paper or on the shirt with markers. It isn't water of fire proof, but it looks good.

I dont know where you can get it in Florida but you could always look online for it. Mabey type in "Sasuke Comstume" or something.
