what should i do about the pimples that are slowly popping on my face?
what is the best way to get rid of them quickly?

Clean your skin often, don't mess with them, either. I get them too. Even with out pimples clean your skin everyday and before bed.

1. Don't touch your face
2. Try to reduce the amount of makeup you wear.
3.Wash your face 3 times a day, your skin gets very oily.
I had the same problem and proactive really works. Its about 40 bucks for a month's supply. If you have the money, I would say buy proactive. If not, try the steps above!

When i was about 15-16 i had this problem so my parents took me to the doc and he told me to wash my face with Dove or Ivory soap no perfume soap and then apply some clearisil with benzoil and your face will clear up. Now when i see i'm getting a pimple i do this, at night i wash my face and apply the clearsil to the spots were i have the pimples and it helps. but everytime i take a shower i wash my face with Dove. i have zest for my body and Dove for my face. good luck =)

you can use over-the -counter products whc can suppress pimple formation. usually they contain BENZOYL PEROXIDE.
another unconventional tip: rub a bit of TOOTHPASTE on the pimple.might have the same effect like the above-mentioned.

check with a dermatologist. they can be your best friend. years ago my doctor prescribed selenium sulfide (active ingredient found in dandruff shampoo) lotion to wash my face with. it was amazing and got rid of all of them. great stuff.
