The not even close ones don't care about the question, or they're trying to be funny. The question with a question folks may be trying to make you analyze what you asked. The one word or no word answers may just want the points or they see that others have put in lengthy answers and don't want to bother you with more reading, or someone else has used what they think too. I'm guilty of all of them. But I also give substantial answers too so they kinda weigh against each other.
