Yeah, I know that style, I used to sport it about 20 years ago. Its totally back in style tho. Spend some time at a book store like Borders and look in magazines like Seventeen, Cosmo Girl, Teen Vouge and you will see it full force, with deep v-neck t's, hoodies and sweaters, layered over cami's. Pull it all together with some big earrings, flats or boots and you are rocking the modern 80's look....

No, it's out. Sorry if you think it's in, but your wrong. Try a longer tunic or something, but that's getting sort of old, so try a longer trench or something or a dress. Just get out of the ordinary. It's more in that way. Usually, when everybody starts wearing a trend, it's out. So don't listen to everybody else who says its in.
And for your info, Lucky is not the 'bible' of fashion. Either Vogue or Bazaar. Not Lucky.

Leggings and a mini are out. However, leggings and trouser shorts, a dress, leggings and anything but a mini are in.

ye for all u DUMB PPL>A MINI N LEGGINGS WAS IN AND THEN OUT! BUT NOW IT CAME BACK AGAIN LOL! YE BUT NOT ALOT OF PPL LOOK RIGHT WITH LEGGINGS ON! DONT WEAR THEM JUS BECUZ EVERYONE ELSE IS WEARING THEM BECUZ U MIGHT LOOK FAT IN THEM(not to be mean)
