is anyone renting a house in the east valley ?

Question

Looking for a house around 900 a month anywhere in the east vallley. My husband and I recently moved here from Michigan, and are rebuilding are credit due to Michigans poor economy. We can provide employment verification, references, and have good rental history. We do not have any pets, just a 14 month old son.
Would prefer family friendly enviroment.
Would like to rent by 11/1/06.
