London is full of museums that are all free.

I second Camden Market and all the free museums, particularly the Victoria & Albert, the Natural Historty Museum, and the Science and Technology Museum (all three are in the same area of Kensington). I would also suggest wandering around Hyde Park and Kensington Gardens as it's very pretty in there. You could also see a musical in the west end. If you look around sometimes you can get a cheap ticket on the day of the show.

Go to Camden Market! It's an Underground stop. It's a street with a string of unique, grunge, clothing stores, and everything there is insanely cheap and interesting. Has a delicious food market too.
