How often do you need to spray your house for bugs?

We moved into a condo, and there are a lot of spiders and crickets. We got the place sprayed today, but how often do we need to keep this up?

Also...... It's 20.00 a month to have someone come out... is this a good price or is there a cheaper/better option out there?

20.00$ a month is very good price..and the bug problem will be gone and you didn't spend a lot of $ on products that didn't work so you are saving $ in the long run..

that's a decent price.
Usually after the initial first spray they generally come back a couple of more times a year --- it really depends upon where you live, the weather and how bad those critters are.... when I lived in NC I had my place sprayed 3 times a year.... go for a contract, it's cheaper.

We have a contract for a service person to come every 90 days. However if we need them in between it's free.Our 1500sq. ft. home is sprayed inside and outside. We live in a humid climate. Our years contract is 320.00 from the top company in our area. Hope that helps.

I have the bug man come every six months to spray. If I see any bugs after 30 days , he will re-spray for free. The cost $106.00

I have a year's contract for $85 with Terminix. They do my interior once every 3 months and the exterior once a month. They also do termite protection. Their rates might be different in your area, but shop around. A year's contract is ALWAYS cheaper.

My bug guy comes out once in the spring and once in the fall. He told us that was enough. If you have a real problem three or four times a year. Though twenty dollars a month is pretty cheap.
