You have enough time to take her on a shopping trip to the mall. Just invite her to go and hang out, but take a mental note of everything that she likes and go back and pick it out later. You can also consider adding to any hobby or buying her a nice of jewelry.

I would give her a present. Something that she has said that she wants really bad but don't tell her that your getting it for her.
