I have heard on a couple of occasions that people from Seattle are rude. Being from the Northwest, I havent found that to be true. Any opinions or experiences with Seattleites?

I used to visit Seattle a lot in the early 80's, NO, they were not rude, don't know about now though, but then again, nowdays it seems people are rude in most larger cities, Seattle is no exception I'm sure.

They are very rude and unless you believe in the liberal political agenda and feminism and demascilating men then you aren't going to like it at all. I grew up there and I have lived other places throughout the country and Seattle is definitely hands down the rudest place I have been to. There is no such thing as hospitality or tact.

It depends what part of town.
If you walk downtown on Third Avenue in front of Macy's you will see more weirdos doing rudeness than you want to see for the rest of your life. They have the strangest haidoes, baggy pants, gold jewelry, stand around blocking the sidewalk and talking so loud that they can be heard three blocks away.
Then, if you go to Magnolia Village - everyone is very polite.

Well me and my sisters are nice. People in seattle don't like to be messed with. so when you get on their bad side they snap. A lot of the area's are shady but i love seattle so I don't mind. Yeah i guess we are a bit rude

They're not rude, they've just been out in the rain too long.
