I believe there has been more than one such stamp. The 1966 stamp with a denomination of one shilling 5 pence now catalogs for about US$2. Catalog values, however, are somewhat inflated - many dealers sell for about 2/3 catalog and, of course, buy for much less.

Try either PCGS-Pacific Coast Grading Service or the Coin World website. Both of these places have people on their staffs that can tell you the relative worth of either stamps or coins or artifacts of similar natures. Take a good photo of the stamp on a white sheet or copy paper background using a color camera, of course and either email or send snail mail to these people and they will give you their best opinion on it's worth.
