you should know that every girl is different, she will start her period when her body is ready, I didn't start until I was 15, consider her lucky, don't worry

At 14 she still has some time before it's a sign of a problem. Is she an athlete or very thin? Without a certain amount of body fat that the hormones need then the onset of menses can be delayed. Some girls don't get their periods until 15 or 16, although that's the end of the scale. You might want to take her into your family doc and have her checked out just to make sure everything is in order but she's probably fine.

Its individual, dont stress over it! 14 is no big deal and girls quite often have signs that things are moving in that direction for some time before they start. If she has not started by the time she is 16 then take her to see the doctor.
If she sees you stressing it will upset her and she'll start to worry over it. So chill :D

She could start any time. Don't stress over it yet, just give her the information and supplies she'll need. Many girls don't start as early as their mothers or sisters, and it doesn't mean anything. My sisters and I all varied between the ages of 11 and 16, so I know this from personal experience.

The best thing you can do for her is to tell her what to expect before it happens. If she starts it while she is at school and no one has explained it to her she could panic and think she needs an ambulance. It would be a very big embarrasment to all involved. Her age is normal to start it soon, so talk to her tonight. Don't put it off.

Maybe she has started but just hasn't told you. Have a quiet, private chat with her if you are worried. It wouldn't hurt to take her in to meet your OB/Gyn (just to meet the doc- no exam on the first visit). That way she will feel more comfortable about going to the doctor when it's time.

Look Nature knows when it will happen for her! Let nature take it's coarse and it will be for the good of her! I would only worry by the age of 16!

Help with what? You have to let nature take its course. Be patient or you are just going to stress her out and make her feel like she's got something wrong with her. It will happen in time.
