Use a specific waterproof eye makeup remover, No7 by boots is brilliant.
TIP: hold the cotton pad over your eye for 30 seconds before you wipe, and most of it will come off first wipe, no rubbing and making your eye sore.

The BEST thing to do is to use some face lotion or any other kind of light lotion. I do not know why, I think it breaks it down with the lotions essential oils. I do not like to use makeup remover because it can contain acetone (or whatever it is) and it can irritate your eyes or make them really red around the eye. Seriously try dabbing a little on a Qtip or even on toilet paper and it gets the black up like an eraser.

I have been using the Almay liquid remover for 3 weeks because I had the same problem and so far it has gotten everything off. You can also use good old fashioned cold cream but I find it is messy to use.

This might seem a little wierd but I use baby oil and it works perfectly!!! You can get it at Target for like $2! It works amazing. All you have to do is squirt a little on a cotton ball or a pad and it comes right off! I HIGHLY RECCOMEND IT!

i personally like the oil of olay wet face wipes or similar products. they take the stuff right off and the rest of your makeup without all the tears and irritation. try it you will never use makeup remover again. trust me.
