Yes. Bleach the he'll out of it. Seriously though, set your washing machine to cold wash, cold rinse, then set it for a full load (to fill it up with water). As it starts to fill, add 2 cups of bleach. If your machine has a bleach dispenser, fill it as full as you can. Just before the water stops running in, add the shirt. Let it run through a full cycle, then you will have a pink shirt.
The key is to dilute the bleach well in cold water before you add teh shirt, then submerge the shirt as fast as possible and make sure it is close to the wash cycle starting to make sure it is agitated well, then the bleaching will be more consistent and you will minimize spotting.
But it will not be perfect...your best bet is to give the shirt to a friend for a birthday present and go buy some pink shirts for you.

Bleach will make it spotted, not an even color if you are not careful. Best bet is to wash it in the hottest water available and make sure you add the bleach first, get the washing machine filled with the water and THEN add the shirt after the water starts agitating, so the bleach is evenly mixed. Good luck.

Get all of the shirts wet with tap water.
Start the washer - add a cup or two of bleach.
After the washer is full and agitating - then add the shirts.
Do it again later to make a lighter pink if needed.
Good idea.

No - any attempt to simply "fade" the red will result in a "faded red shirt" - nothing close to pink.
Consider washing in a fabric dye - read the instructions carefully for washing a dark fabric into something lighter.
Otherwise you might find a friend with a birthday coming up, give her a themed basket and include one of the shirts.

Not really bleach will just blot it white... but repeated wash can fade reds.

the bad thing about bleaching anything is it weakens the fabric...use as little as possible till you find the right color...or just tie dye it...it's coming back...peace-love-dove
