Fleetwood Mac-Stevie Nicks and Christine McVie were the best female lead vocalists. As for an all female group-The Bangles!!!

Destiny's Child are NOT a music group. They don't play instruments. Their vocals are their instruments.
My favorite female music group of all time is hands-down
The Go-Go's!!!!!
They couldn't play their instruments when they first started. They just decided who would play what and they learned them all together. Then they had that first album and the rest is History! U2 also couldn't play their instruments until AFTER they formed. And I guess U2 are a bunch of girls too...lol ;-)

Destiny's Child, hands down... no one has better vocals. Listen to them sing the national anthem, or the hit song Cater 2 U, and you know there's no group better...
