if a girl go as like a fairy or a queen, noone is too old for that! or tinkerbell!if a guy go as a control freak. Or go as einstein! lol!

A conservative maid costume, or a vampire- which is easy, just some nice clothes, dark makeup and maybe a little bit of light facial powder, and some red lipstick. Any type of animal for work would definitely be acceptable, cats are awesome, bunnies, etc. Superwoman??? Actually are you male of female?
If male, then dracula, lol, or maybe a favorite character, such as in a movie, a mummy, or a pirate, none of these are to insane for work. but it depends on where you work.

get a suit or some sort and attach all those lost spare parts in your deparment to the suit. Should go over real well and quite original.
Go around in slow motion saying 'beep beep" and 'winking and nodding" ....smile.
