GOOD FOR YOU!!!
Try walking at first, a walk around the block or the park, at a nice easy pace so you don't strain yourself. Just enjoy it for now. After a couple of weeks doing this, then you can walk more briskly along the same route.
Exercise will actually help regain your old energy, but start out slow and easy as you don't want to hurt yourself and quit. Might try a little weight lifting if you feel up to it already.

GET on a vitamin program take a multi vitamin and a B complex E,C and eat fruits. As a recovering user and abuser I know just how you feel. Get yourself in a CDS group and just listen at first don't rush things and above all else don't try to plan to far ahead. yesterdays gone, tomorrow isn't here yet and today is for the living.

your body probably feels like it has been ran over by a truck right about now...you are probably depleted from many important B vitamins, and everything else from not eating right, not sleeping right, etc...how fabulous you are to quit...my hubby was homeless for fifteen years and additcted bad to that garbage...he quit too, eight years ago..and never turned back...marvelous for you...He eats healthy...takes good multiple vitamins,..and gets plenty of sleep...and he looks fantastic...so I know you can and will start feeling better soon...just what you did alone should be making you feel like a hundred bucks! And a lot of prayers to God and to Jesus,...to ask for forgiveness..and to give you strength no to go back..
