If so (out of the following four subtances), would dish soap would sit at the bottom, with water next, then the alcohol, and then the oil because of their densities?

The soy oil would be less dense than the alcohol. I have seen dish sosp sink in water, so that would be on the bottom. then water, density 1 , then alcohol which has a density less than 1.Then the soy bean oil floating on the top. You would have to be very careful layering them, because they tend to mix.
