Can you get a full version of photoshop without getting the 30 day trial.. And without paying $100-$300 to get photoshop. If you know please give me the link to the site.

Not Legally.
Illegally, there are ways, but you are on your own for that.
You can get an older version for less money on ebay.
And if you are a student, you can get a student price on it.
These programs are all completely free!
They have varying capabilities and complexity.

I don't think anyone will answer as the link they would give is sure to be illigal!
But if you have a decent computer (p4)
there is a free open source picture editor that does just about everything photoshop does!
it is rather big and takes a few seconds to load (thats why i said a decent computer)
but i have tried it on a pentium three and was surprised at how similer it is to photoshop!
it is called Gimp and you can get it here

Your best bet to getting a cheap copy of Photoshop is to purchase it from a web site that sells "student" editions of the program.
Also, you could buy a used copy from sites like eBay.

To legally obtain Photoshop, you have to buy Photoshop from Adobe, the manufacturer. There are other means of getting it which are illegal so I will not dwell into those areas.

ebay is always a good source for cheap software
The Gimp is free and can do a lot of what photoshop can

go to mininova.org give yr search string "photoshop" there u'll find the whole software with the keygen....just download it.
to download softwares from mininova.org u need to have a torrent client.....and the best one is bitcomet. u can download bitcomet for free from bitcomet.com
