9/11 Telethon?

A day or two after the incident at the World Trade Center, all channels did like a tribute / telethon with musical guest ( Stevie Wonder, Jon Bon Jovi) and stars ( Tom Hanks) telling stories about the people who died but were heros. Does anyone remeber the name of the program. I'm trying to find it on dvd.
