Of the players who are active, you'd definitely have to put Ryan Giggs in there. On their day Craig Bellamy, Simon Davies, Barry Ferguson, and Robbie Keane would possibly make the squad, if not the first team. If you go back a couple of years, before his hips started to go, Roy Keane would almost certainly have been a fixture.

The problem with England is ,Great Players,Pi-sh Team.

2ndly You have to ask whether there are any English players good enough to play for 'Engerland'! After all your squad looks more like the United Nations than England!!!

good question,hear is a better one,are there any English players good enough to beat Macedonia,never mind any that could beat the mighty French,world cup finalists and rated 2nd in the world(Brazil are 1st)Scotland just have,because we have passion,organisation,belief,and bottle,you just know that if England were to play a really big team like France they would bottle it and lose.
