Can Satan enforce this executed contract?
Im kind of worried about this contract and wanted to know who I should contact to cancel this.

You should apply to the lower court of Hades requesting the court to annul the contract under the provisions of the 3 days cooling off period as per Articles and Amendments to the Consitution, of Rights negotiated by the Upper Council Members of the Governing body of the State of Hell Committee Convened to Consider the Rights, Restrictions and Limitations herinafter to be applied to S Lucifer esq in the execution of his duties related to acquisition and management of souls.

The 3 day right of recission only applies if he came to your house and you signed the contract there.
Since you went to his office, you're stuck.
Once you signed, he already took your soul, so cancelling the contract wouldn't help you much.
You might as well enjoy being rich.
