The only way to tell would be through specialized testing with an infertility specialist. With help, many people can conceive. If you have been trying for at least a year, get a referrel to a reputable infertility clinic or specialist. Good luck!

There is Only two beings who can tell if you are not able to have a baby, a firtility doctor can diagonose infirtility but G-d is the other being. If you are firtile then it might be your partner so he to will need to be checked. As for G-d, use your knees and your voice and ask. He will give you the answer in his time when he feels it is your time. G-d Bless

if you ovulate then you can concieve a baby.
a female normaly ovulates 14 days before her first day of her period.
you can also take your basal body temp each morning,the best is at the same time each day,you ovulate when your temp goes up slightly.Ovulation prediction kits are available at pharmacies and are accurate .

You try to let nature take its course for a couple of years. Then, if there is no baby yet, you talk to your GYN and if necessary, they will do tests.

Well...if you don't have a uterus you can't...or go to the doctor and check to see if you're fertile (have eggs)...
