X-Men 3 Walmart DVD Edition?

I got the Walmart edition one with the bonus disc. Well the bonus disc only talked about the comic book. It never had any of the actors in it. Did anyone else have this happen to them or is this what it is supposed to be?

This is what it is supposed to be. Target gave out collectors cards instead.
