It all depends on where you stand. If you are looking for an easy money making without taking too much of your efforts then whatever presented by this system will be like a scam since it is not as easy as what the informercial is presented. But if you are hard working and committed to pracatice in real estate, then this system does provide some step by step procedures that you can follow. Again, those steps are not wriiten in stone, so you need to adapt to whatever your target market and environment to make it work. Bottom line, you need to sweat a lot to work out the first couple of cases. After that you can repeat the same paths you have done and shall be on a journey of success.
Just my 2 cents...

i used it many years ago and it is not so much a scam as it is pure marketting. It helped me get my first investment property and for that i am happy i bought it. Once you buy the first series they try to sell you more stuff. All the info is available for cheaper in the book store and libraries so you don't really need it. The problem is more with the buyers than Sheets selling it as they tend to buy it, put it on a shelf and never do any of the steps in it.
