Nope Prue hasn't been in any episodes after her last episode in the seaon fineal of Season 3 she's been metition a whole lot especially at the end of Season 7 where she helps Paige Pipper and Pheobbe with the astrolprojection themselves so that they could defate Zankuo and the Hollow aka (Woogieman)

No, the only one I remember Prue in was when she turned into a dog to find Banshee Phoebe, so you saw the dog, not Shannon.

She didn't leave the show, she was thrown out of it cause she couldn't get along with the others. They killed her off to end her character. I was happy when she was gone. Her bad attitude is also the reason she was no longer on Beverly Hills 90210.

No, there was one episode where they used old footage of something that happened when she was there and you only see her back.
