Yes, I saw a few women scratching their crotches in public, and adjusting the bra even more often.
Men do not do it all the time, you do not see it all the time. If a man do it all the time, then it must be a just bad habit or a medical problem. They do not get sweaty. They extremely rarely get itchy, but the same thing happens to the rest of the body parts. Men SOMETIMES do it to ADJUST them, because they move freely, they move allot, and they move inside the sac too you know, sometimes they get into an uncomfortable position, so they need just a little adjustment and because they are slippery they will do the rest of the adjustment themselves. There, all women now know WHY!
Personally I rarely do it, I do it more often to adjust the penis, especially when it starts to get erect and it is not point up, but I make sure no one see me doing it.

It's a comfort thing but I don't think there's really much fiddling going on. Just slip a hand in the waistband is all I do or have noticed other blokes doing. It's always my right hand as well.

I had a business meeting and men opposite at the beginning started to wiggle his legs, after that he was kind of fiddling with his .... He was pretty sure that i cannot see that. But I did. i am glad i will not see that men again.

I put it down to not haveing alot of toys when i was younger i just used to play with wot i could and normale the nearest thing was me plonker it a sham that mooe women dont do it

Honestly, I do think it's comfort. My little boy never leaves himself alone - I'm forever telling him to take his hands out of his pants. Thankfully, he refrains from doing it in public.

checking for signs of testiclar cancer, everytime i start to put my hands down there the girlfriend says are you coming for a ***, so i have to stop, go for a *** then after that it is a while before i do it again, as i had forgotten i was doing it. its a sub concious thing.

Wow, that's weird isn't it? My ex boyfriend used to do that. I would be on the phone with him and he would tell me that his hand was in his pants, just by habit... and his friend was in the room! I was like "don't you feel gay?", lol... weird how guys feel gay about stupid stuff, but not sbout those things...
