if you told me to fly on Fri. the 13th on flight 666 in seat XXX to Hellsville just out side of Satantown, i'd ask if i could get the "kill me violently special price". its all just words, and they have no power over your life, and you'll be fine on your flight. we assign those numbers to things, and if you look up where they come from, they rarely mean what everyone thinks they do. enjoy your flight!

Lots of folks flew on planes on the dreaded day of 666, and that was dreaded to be far worse, and nothing happened.
To answer your question, Is it safe? I guess it would depend on what airline you're taking, Delta doesn't exactly have the best reputation.
Personally, I don't think flying is safe on *any* day! I quit flying in the late 80's, because the airplanes I flew in, were literally falling apart on the inside! The last time I flew to Boston for vacation, I cancelled my flight home, and took the train instead! It's shorter distance to the ground!

I flew into a different timezone on Fri. 13th, so my fri13 was a twenty six hour long day, and that was like fifteen years ago and I'm doing just fine. If every plane fell from the sky every fri13, then I'd say you had something to worry about.

No, superstitions are precisely what they're talked approximately as. Superstitions. Friday the thirteenth is basically the different day on the calendar and performs no element while attempting to seize a flight. yet once you think of this is unlucky then do no longer do it. additionally, do no longer bypass on an airplane who's flight variety is 666. Hahahaha

As safe as any other day. Remember, the majority of people who died on 9/11 were at work in the towers. So if anything, you should be afraid to go to work.

If you are superstious and believe in black cats then you can cause harm to yourself, and if you don't, you'll be safe.
PS: Where are you flying to? Some cultures consider friday and the number 13 lucky
