I know it has to do with Psychology but I can't find what it is on any website or in any book....please help!

If you're dealing with personality, Duniho refers to Terrence Duniho's "Life Patterns" -- related to the MBTI and Jung.

I don't see mention of a fraction here; it's probably related in how the test is manually scored.

I discovered this question site 10 years too late, but felt impelled to answer.
The fraction had the four letters divided into the numerator (upper) extroverted letters and (below) the denominatot was the introverted letters. As an INFP, my fraction looked like this:
eNFP

I s t j (sorry about the unnecessary space). It is a brilliant way to describe the dynamics visually The INFP has an extraverted subtype of eNFP that describes how one may function at work - seeming sometimes to others to be an an extravert, but essentialy needing to communicate her insights. In her personal or inner world, she (in my case) is a news junkie,loving information, other sensing activities such as cooking and knitting and working out family values with a strong sense of responsibility. The fraction is a powerful tool in career counseling.
