I only want it done for Hygiene Reasons

thing is foreskin is designed to cover and protect the head of your penis thus keeping it retracted for long periods of time isn't the best move. If hygiene is your concern, shower at least once each day and always retract the foreskin, wash and rinse thoroughly and you will be fine.
As for those who suggest cutting it off, they may well be circumncised and/or hav eonly been exposed ot circumcised penises thus naver had th epleasure of learning alll the good things about foreskin. So, I would not even give a thought to being circumcised unless there are serious medical problems.

Well --
You should never need to do this for any reason. Its there to protect your penis. However, since you feel its a task you want to do. Here is how...
Pull it all the way back first. Hold it there and then with the other hand Pull the outer skin forward over the top of it. Its a bit tricky at first but what ends up happening is that it becomes folded up into itself and thus possible to stay put back. Its fun and I have done it to simulate what the hype is all about.
Make no mistake here. Cutting it off will be the biggest ERROR of your life. Fore within this tissue is the trigger which causes 90 percent your fun !
I have a long foreskin, and its been the very best thing I can ever think of having. Recently it was discovered that the penis is actually tough and almost without much feeling. Except for under the collar and under the tip where little white bumps reside. These bumps make direct contact with the foreskin.
That is what gets guys off. The penis is a complete package capable of doing everything you need.
Cutting off the forskin is like buying a pump shotgun with a permanently stuck pump !
You'll be sorry if you got rid of it ... That much I can tell you.
My guess is your young ... Wait it gets better... Pluss I have never had a girl tell me I was not fantastic in bed, and all of them have loved playing with it.. ..
And yes... Keep it clean, and they have no issues going down on you.. Enjoy what GOD gave you, and don't be silly by removing the very best part. Consider yourself a lucky guy

keeping the forskin retracted for too long can cause a really quite serious condition called paraphimosis.Paraphimosis occurs when the foreskin has been pulled back but can't be rolled forwards again. Under these circumstances the tight ring of the foreskin acts like a tourniquet, constricting the blood flow to the head of the penis. The area becomes very swollen and painful, and without urgent treatment the penis may be permanently damaged.
So not sure why you want to be doing this. Foreskins are the way you men were made. Chpping it of is really only the answer if its a medical indication or your religon. All surgery carries some risk.

There are some real a_r_s_e_h_o_l_e_s on here tonight.
If it goes back easily and painlessly, you only really need to pull it back if you are having a shag or BJ
If there is any pain involved, see a doctor.
By the way you are perfectly normal I wondered about this for years!!!

Don't! Be proud of your beautiful, natural foreskin and if you come across a woman who says she doesn't like it(no pun intended), dump her! She's a freak! As for hygiene reasons, haven't you people heard of soap and water????????? Jesus, I dispair of the human race!

well , i did this same thing a few years ago as i thought it was more hygenic , and it is ! all you need do is pull it back and leave it , each time it rolls forward pull it back again , eventually it will stay back all the time giving you a much more hygenic penis , just ask the ladies .

You should not get it pulled back all the time as it is meant to cover the glans but don't get circumcised unless the doctor tells you to... just wash it is fine
