Yard work, definitely. Housework is too repetitive -- same old thing over and over. Don't get me wrong, I'm no big fan of mowing or raking leaves, but the rest can be mentally relaxing as long as I don't have to rush through it. Pruning trees and shrubs can make such a difference in the way they look and the way they grow in the future; it's creative -- or it can be. The same with gardening or landscaping. It helps keep my mind off of things I might not want to think about. If the temperature is right and the air is fresh, it can be a real escape. And it can be full of surprises, snakes and other nasty critters notwithstanding. A gorgeous butterfly, a perfect flower or even a rabbit all have caused me to put down the shovel and pick up a camera. Yard work? Sometimes it's just not work at all.

I prefer yardwork because it`s more relaxing and good for u also...if you really love your garden , yard or something green u can do the work even when the sun is to hot ...housework is also important but I prefer yardwork...

I prefer housework, working in the sun makes me itchy, and I am alergic to yardwork, so I would rather do housework in the nice air conditioned house.

Even though I am a man, I would much rather do housework than yard work. I still do the yard work because it has to get done, and once I start I don't mind.

It depends on what time of year it is, in the summer I absolutely hate yard word because I'm petrified of snakes. But I really dont mind houseword so I would have to say housework.
