They probably DO believe it's true. But they want it to NOT be true more.

Well my friend, it depend on the situation that person was put in to why he can't believe the truth. That person probably need to show him that he can tell truth about the situation by showing him that he can be trusted now. Show and Tell.

cause people believe more in themselves than anybody else. even u, me or anybody.
so they wanna experiece it first hand rather than believing others, which is in fact good too.. cause 1st hand experiece teaches you more than anything else.
and when you with your experiece tell somebody else about that thing they won't believe it either , cause they believe more in themselves. this is how the world goes. its obvious.
do you remember your parents asking you to do or not to do certain things and we do opposite and later find out it was really wrong and we tell somebody else the same... but they don't belive us and do the samething as we did.
its nature's law.

it just happens bcoz they have been betrayed by them, pl need to have more trust, faith n responsibility 4 other persons which v have lost while getting modern n sofisticated.
